1. Shipping Times & Estimates (World Cup Season)
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Standard Delivery: Estimated 7–15 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and local carrier performance.

 

2. Major Events Delay Disclaimer
We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible. However, during major global sporting events, high logistics volume may cause occasional customs delays or carrier congestion. While we monitor shipments closely, we are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or unexpected carrier disruptions.

 

3. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. If a package is Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
